I use an Integrative Approach to Health.
This means we assess multiple areas of wellness such as:
Dietary and Hydration Status
Nutrient Assessment
Internal & External Stressors
Sleep Optimization
Gastrointestinal Health
Environmental Health
Mindset & Subconscious Blocks
It also means I may refer you to other skilled practitioners as part of your health team so we are addressing the whole body and mind - not just one piece of the puzzle!

How It Works
Here’s the breakdown: I create bio-individualized protocols that help you navigate various phases of healing and health. These protocols generally last around 30 to 60 days each, or longer depending on many factors of the individual and what we may be working on. Although testing is not required to work with me, I find it quite valuable to kick off our work together with some physical data to see where things are at internally. What testing is recommended depends on each individual’s case and we can decide together. At the least, a comprehensive blood chemistry panel is very helpful and often times this information can be obtained from a yearly exam with your doctor.
Appointment pricing is separate from any add-ons. Potential add-ons may include bloodwork and other lab testing, supplements and any detox or lifestyle therapies you choose to partake in. Everything is your choice.
During our sessions together I strive to ensure each person’s questions and concerns are heard, validated and responded to. Next, I will review any pertinent lab testing and findings on intake forms and together make a plan for healing. Lastly I will spend time educating and discussing the why behind my recommendations. My goal is to always have my clients leave the session feeling empowered in their health and body. There is so much we can do to improve our health - and now you’ll have the knowledge and support to embark on the journey!

Testing Options
*Testing is not required for working together, but establishing a baseline can be very helpful for customizing your protocol and getting to the root of your health concerns efficiently. Other tests may be available as needed.
Comprehensive Blood Chemistry Panel
A blood sample is collected and analyzed to determine a baseline for a variety of pertinent health markers. Learn what your blood work and lab numbers actually mean, what could be out of functional range causing your symptoms and the next steps for improving your health. A great foundational starting point.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
A hair sample is obtained and analyzed, showing a window in the cell's mineral activity. Specifically, HTMA shows you information on the average mineral activity over the last 3 to 4 months. Why Minerals? They are the "spark plugs" of the body! Minerals are needed for millions of enzymes as co-factors, facilitators, inhibitors and as a part of the enzymes themselves. Their availability and usability has a great deal to do with the health of the human body and the amount of energy we can produce. Mineral testing has been around for over 75 years and HTMA continues to be the standard testing method. In addition to a mineral report, you will receive an assessment of heavy metal excretion. What is in your hair is what the body is excreting. This allows you to assess your toxicity levels, what you are being exposed to and what you can do about it.
Total Toxin Burden Assessment
Environmental toxins, technically called toxicants, are substances produced endogenously from the human body and which, when absorbed, inhaled or ingested, can cause acute or chronic toxic overload, which may manifest in a variety of biological organ, tissue, and cellular-level systems. Susceptibility to toxic overload varies from person to person and can be affected by a variety of factors, including: genetics, environment, diet, liver and kidney health, microbiome diversity, adiposity, lifestyle and more. This test involves an easy urine sample collection to assess your overall toxin load so you can become aware of your root causes and learn how to combat them. Tests for 39 environmental toxins (pesticides, herbicides, preservatives, parabens, and VOCs), 31 mycotoxins produced from mold and 20 of the most common heavy metals.
Gut Zoomer
The gut microbiome resides mostly in your large intestine and is host to more than 1,000 species of bacteria that perform important functions from shaping the immune system to influencing metabolism of nutrients to fortifying the intestinal mucosal barrier. It is important to know the abundances of the bacteria that live in the gastrointestinal tract because imbalances in the gut microbiome may lead to gastrointestinal symptoms, skin conditions, autoimmune disorders, immune system imbalances and multiple inflammatory disorders. The Gut Zoomer utilizes a microarray hybridization technology platform, allowing it to detect over 300 microorganisms with 99% specificity and 98% sensitivity, unheard of levels of accuracy in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms.
